By forwarding your personal data, you accept the receipt of newsletters from Sailer Hotels GmbH. You can revoke this consent at any time.
Based on a separate agreement on the processing of personal data, your data will be collected and processed on our behalf by the company INCERT eTourismus GmbH & Co KG, Leonfeldner Strasse 328, 4040 Linz as part of commissioned data processing in accordance with Art 28 GDPR in accordance with the relevant legal requirements. As a processor in the case of support measures, the company Incert eTourismus also has access to your data, but may only use it for the purpose of support measures and not for its own purposes.

STANDARD DEADLINES FOR THE DELETION OF DATA

PLANNED DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The transmission of data to third countries is limited to transmission to partner hotels in Switzerland. The transfer takes place exclusively with consent and via secure transmission channels. The equivalent level of data protection of the recipients in Switzerland is imposed and monitored.

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED BY THE BOOKING ENGINE?
There are a number of situations in which your personal data can help our booking engine to provide you with a better service. For example, you may be asked for personal information when you start a transaction. You will only ever be asked to provide information that is relevant to the situation.
