Prices:
Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted are in euros

Single room supplement:
EUR 10.00 per person/night

Single with child: No single room supplement is charged in our single with child rooms for occupancy with one adult and one or two children.

Children’s prices:
The listed children’s prices apply with at least 2 full-paying adults per room or apartment per child and night. Excluding single with child rooms.

Discounts:
The “Children under 10 years in a 1-room family room FREE” promotion only applies when booking 2 full-paying guests in a family room.

Pets:
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed in the restaurant area.
For pets we charge EUR 15.00 per night without food.

Arrival and departure:
The rooms are available from 1 pm at the earliest on the day of arrival and by 10:30 am at the latest on the day of departure. Please let us know in good time if you plan to arrive after 6 pm.
Catering begins with lunch on the all-inclusive, alcohol-free package. The services end on the day of departure with the breakfast buffet. On the day of departure, lunch can be booked for a small surcharge. For organizational reasons, however, any lunch not eaten on the day of arrival cannot be made up on the day of departure.

Program:
All programs and additional services offered are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Outdoor activities can only be carried out to a limited extent or not at all due to weather conditions.

Booking, deposit and final payment:
Your booking is only confirmed once we have received written confirmation that we have received a deposit of 40% of the tour price.

You can pay the balance in cash (EUR) or by EC card on departure or by bank transfer shortly before departure. Unfortunately, payment by credit card is not possible!

Cancellation conditions:
Free of charge up to three months before departure.
Up to one month before departure 40% of the tour price.
Within 30 days before departure 90% of the tour price.

Cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you can cancel your trip free of charge in the event of illness, misfortune, etc.!
