Our Kinderhotel SAILER *** and Kinderhotel STEFAN *** are located 900m apart in Wenns. A thousand metres higher, our HOCHZEIGERHAUS (1,900m above sea level) is located in the middle of the Hochzeiger hiking area in Jerzens. - 100m² Wellness Area and Sauna World in Kinderhotel Sailer *** (from 3 to 10pm)

- Check-In / Check-Out:
Rooms are available after 2pm on the day of your arrival. We request that you vacate the room before 10am on the day of your departure. - Cancelling your reservation:
We recommend you consider our travel cancellation insurance, so that cancellation in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances incurs no fee! If you purchase our travel cancellation insurance, no advance payment is necessary. You will receive more detailed information following your reservation. Cost of cancellation 50 % - Advance payment:
For guests without travel cancellation insurance, we require a down payment of 50% of the cost of your stay. - You may pay the balance of the holiday package price upon departure in cash (EUR or SFR) or by EC-Card.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit cards! - We recommend that you send the remainder of your holiday package price shortly before your arrival, so that you have nearly no need for cash on hand during your vacation.
- Pets upon request. No pets are allowed in the restaurant!
- Publication of this price list voids all previous figures.
